GROUP TICKET FAQS
What is considered a group?
A group is 20 or more of your closest family, friends, coworkers, teammates, etc. Ticket prices vary based on the size of your group and the game you wish to attend.
Examples of groups: Youth Groups, Charities, Sports Teams, Religious Organizations, Community Groups
*Opposing team fans will not be eligible for group pricing
Can I change my group ticket reservation?
All sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after payment has been processed. Additional seats may be added as availability permits. Payment for additional seats is due at the time of adding them.
When is payment due for my group tickets?
Full payment is required for group tickets to be placed onto an account. Group tickets must be purchased 2 weeks prior to the selected game. Group ticket pricing will not be available at the ticket office windows on the day of the event.
How can I pay for my group tickets?
Tickets may be purchased over the phone with a Group Ticket Sales Representative. Group tickets are not available for purchase online.
How do I access my tickets?
All group tickets must be picked up at the Baylor Athletics Ticket office window at McLane Stadium the day of the selected football game The individual that purchases the group tickets, or who the purchaser designates, must be the individual that picks up the group tickets. A valid ID is also required for picking up group tickets. The Baylor Athletics Ticket Office will open 3 hours prior to the start of the game. Group tickets will not be eligible for mobile or mailed delivery.
Are you allowed to resell group tickets?
Group tickets are not eligible to be resold. If group tickets are found to be resold on a secondary marketplace, all tickets will be cancelled, and no refund will be provided. Additionally, any account(s) found reselling group tickets will no longer be eligible for discounted tickets for future events.
The price of the single-game tickets changed. Will that affect group ticket pricing?
Similar to single-game tickets, group tickets are dynamically priced with prices adjusted for each game in real-time based on market demand, opponent, or weather. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets early to secure reserved seating.
Do group tickets have ADA availability?
Group tickets may be exchanged at Guest Services in the 100 or 200 Level of the North Endzone on the day of the game. ADA exchanges are handled on a first come, first served basis and are not guaranteed. Berm group tickets are unable to be exchanged for ADA seats.
